Training:

Eligibility criteria:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Masters degree in Computer Applications with 2 years of experience and good written and communication skills is the basic requirement. The skills set that we require currently is the following:

• Systems Administrators: UNIX, NT, Clear case, Linux.
• Programmers: C, C++, Java, Perl, Pro*C, SQL, Siebel, VB, ASP & .NET Technologies
• Data Warehousing, OLAP tools (Cognos, Business Objects), ETL tools

Employee referral program:

Global has an employee referral program where our employees are paid a bonus for each referral of theirs that is hired. Employee referrals are done on a confidential basis. Employees of Global can refer their friends, family and acquaintances with the required skill set and experience.

Vacation:

Our employees get a two week paid vacation every year.
